I vote for the skeleton horse,,,that looked like a lot of hard work. You would have to know the skeletal structure really well to be able to draw it on a real horse.
All the costumes were so creative,,good luck to everyone.

Hard to pick
Hard to pick just one I like the best, but I think the skeleton horse has my vote. Looks like everyone had some great ideas and unbelievably patient horses. I've never tried dressing mine up... wonder how that would go over with her, lol
Deb

I would have to agree with the skeleton horse... I think they are all wonderful though!! The skeleton horse made me say wow!!

I bet that just a picture of me somedays on horseback is enough to scare anybody!!
"People on horses look better than they are. People in cars look worse than they are!"
Loving the entries, hope to see some more here soon. It's amazing to see all the ideas that people come up with! I should find a pic of my Peruvian Paso in his latest "Phantom of the Opera" getup. He even had the mask!

Great Ideas Everyone
Just sat here and went thru all of the pictures and I'm amazed at some of the talent that goes into making the costums that are made for these hores. I have to say that I think Lauren Stecklein and what she done to her horse Smokey have my total vote right now though, what a unique idea to do for a costume... Well done every one and Congratulations to all of the winners, my hats off to all of you and your horses. Way to go Roberta on another great contest and fun way of seeing the different things people do with thier horses.

Farmer on a John deer! The entire costume was not store bought but constructed homemade. It had real thought! Theirfore the best costume ever!
